Senior Director of Development, College of Arts and Sciences  

You will play a pivotal leadership role in advancing philanthropic support for a leading public research university, supporting UO’s largest college—home to two-thirds of all graduates. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving major and leadership gift strategy ($100K+), managing a team, and partnering closely with the Dean and advancement leadership. You will serve as a senior leader within University Advancement, partnering with academic and advancement leadership to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward high-level donors, while managing a portfolio of major ($100K+) and leadership ($1M+) prospects. 

Salary:  $120,000 - $140,000; salary is commensurate with experience.

Director of Development, College of Arts and Sciences  

You will play a key frontline fundraising role advancing philanthropic support for the University of Oregon, supporting its largest college—home to two-thirds of all graduates. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of major gift prospects, focusing on gifts in the $100K+ range, and lead all aspects of the donor lifecycle—from identification and qualification to cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. You will partner closely with colleagues across University Advancement and academic units, including the College of Arts and Sciences, to align donor interests with institutional priorities and maximize philanthropic impact. 

Salary:  $90,000 - $94,000; salary is commensurate with experience.

Senior Director of Development, Lundquist College of Business  

You will serve as a key fundraising and strategic leader advancing one of the University of Oregon’s most dynamic and externally engaged academic units. In this role, you will lead all aspects of the college’s development program, driving major and leadership gift strategy with a focus on securing gifts of $100K+ and prioritizing $500K+ commitments. You will manage a portfolio of high-level donors while partnering closely with the Dean and University Advancement leadership to align philanthropic priorities with the college’s strategic vision. 

Salary:  $120,000 - $140,000 ; salary is commensurate with experience.

Senior Director of Development, California and Hawai’i Region 

You will lead one of the University of Oregon’s most important and opportunity-rich fundraising markets. In this role, you will oversee and execute a comprehensive regional fundraising strategy, managing a portfolio of major gift prospects while guiding a team of development professionals. You will focus on securing gifts ranging from $100K to multi-million-dollar commitments, partnering closely with University Advancement and academic leadership to align donor interests with institutional priorities. This role is highly external-facing and requires some travel throughout California and Hawai’i. You will bring a strong understanding of regional philanthropic culture and use that insight to expand engagement, strengthen the donor base, and build a pipeline of future philanthropic leaders.  

Salary:  $120,000 - $140,000 ; salary is commensurate with experience.

Senior Associate Director of Development, California and Hawai’i Region  

In this role, you will manage a portfolio focused on discovery and early-stage donors, cultivating relationships and securing gifts in the $25K–$100K range while building toward a major gift ($100K+) portfolio. You will lead all aspects of the donor lifecycle—from identification and qualification to cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship—partnering closely with colleagues across University Advancement to align donor interests with institutional priorities.

You will work across a regional model, engaging alumni, parents, and friends of the university while contributing to broader fundraising strategy and pipeline development efforts.

Salary:  $75,000 - $80,000; salary is commensurate with experience.

Director of Development, Northwest & Southwest States Region  

You will play a key role in expanding the University of Oregon’s philanthropic reach across a diverse and geographically dispersed region. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of major gift prospects, focusing on gifts in the $100K–$999K range, and lead all aspects of the donor lifecycle - from identification and qualification to cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. You will be responsible for developing and executing a regional fundraising strategy, partnering closely with colleagues across University Advancement and academic units to align donor interests with institutional priorities.

As a highly external-facing role, your work will focus on managing a portfolio of major gift prospects and expanding UO’s presence across key regional markets—including Seattle, Denver, Boulder, Las Vegas, and Salt Lake City.  You will collaborate closely with regional teammates, central development, and campus partners to coordinate outreach and maximize engagement opportunities.

Salary:  $90,000 - $94,000; salary is commensurate with experience.
